眼外伤的相关因素分析及防治护理对策

目的通过对眼外伤患者的致伤性质及相关因素的分析，探讨不同类型的眼外伤发生的危险因素及眼外伤的防治与护理对策。方法对2008-06-2009-06期间的446例住院眼外伤患者的一般情况、受伤环境、受伤后就诊时间、入院视力及致伤性质进行调查及资料的统计学分析。结果不同性别、职业、受伤环境、就诊时间、入院视力损伤的眼外伤性质的差别具有统计学意义。结论针对不同类型眼外伤的高危人群采取针对性的预防与护理指导对避免眼外伤的发生具有重要意义。

Analysis of related factors and preventive nursing measures in ocular trauma

Objective Through analyzing the reasons and the related factors, the paper is to explore the high risk factors of different types of ocular trauma and its preventive and nursing measures. Methods The research adopted the method of statistical analysis. It analyzed the data of the general conditions, injury environment, treatment time, eyesight on admission and injury nature of 446 ocular trauma inpatients from June ,2008 to June, 2009. Results The different reasons of ocular trauma were statistical significantly from such factors as gender, occupation, injury environment, treatment time, eyesight on admission. Conclusion It is significant for us to adopt specific prevention and nursing measures for specific type of high risk ocular trauma patients in order to avoid its occurrence.
