| 摘 要： | 目的 比较布洛芬混悬液与传统退热方法的疗效。方法 将100例急性上呼吸道感染伴高热患儿分成2组,分别用布洛芬混悬液口服和传统退热方法治疗,现察两组患儿在2h内体温变化的情况。结果 两种方法有显著差异,治疗组明显优于对熙组(X2=62,P<0.01)。结论 布洛芬混悬液对急性上呼吸道感染伴高热有明显效果,且安全,药物依从性好,患儿易于接受。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the clinical treatment response of the brufen suspension and conventional defervescen ways. Methods:To select 100 children with fever sympton of acute upper respiratory infection.The patients were divided into two groups at random .Treatment group took brufen suspension cyally. Control group used conventional defervescent ways. Observe the change of temperature of children in two hours.Results:The effect of treatment group was significantly better than central group.Conclusion:To acute upper respiratory with fever symptom. The brufen suspension has signal effect.And being accepted easily by the children for its convenience and security. |
