| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对含氮酮的3种不同基质的药物透皮吸收速率研究,选择最佳制备方法.方法:按正交试验法安排试验.结果:含6%氮酮的乳剂型基质的药物透皮速率最快.结论:该工艺操作易于进行,与临床用药目的最相符. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the best velocity that the three kinds of different base material with azone deeply absorb in the skin.Methods:Orthogonal design was used to select the formulation.Results:The milk base with 6%azone had the best velocity.Conclusion:This craft is easy to proceeding and agree mostly with the clinical purpose. |
