| 摘 要： | 本文报告７５例恶性肿瘤死亡病例。男５９例，女１６例。平均年龄５３岁。放疗科２例，妇科３例，外科２２例，内科４８例。平均住院日：内、外科分别为９４．５天、２６．４天，两者差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。死于并发症者，内、外科分别为５０％（２４／４８）、８７％（１９／２２），两者差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结合文献对致使患者死亡的主要并发症：消化道出血、窒息、颅内出血、猝死、吻合口瘘及粘连性肠梗阻作分析讨论。

| Abstract: | This paper reports 75 cases of malignant tumor death,including male 59,female 16,radiation 2,gynecology 3,surgery 22 medicine 48. The average age was 53. The mean time of hospitalization in the departments of medicine and surgery was 94. 5 and 26. 4 days,respectively (P<0. 05),the death rate of complications 50% (24/48) and 87% (19/22),respectively (P<0. 01 ). According to the literature cencerned, the main complications, including gastrointestinal bleeding, asphyxia, intracranial bleeding, sudden death, anastomotic leakage and adherent intestinal obstruction are discussed. |
