社区老年糖尿病患者服药依从性与社会支持的现状调查及相关性研究

目的 了解社区老年糖尿病患者社会支持与服药依从性的现状及其相关性,为更好地防治老年糖尿病提供依据.方法 抽取2型糖尿病老年患者450名,分别利用自制一般资料量表、社会支持评定量表以及服药依从性等4个方面问题进行调查,分析一般资料、社会支持、用药依从性及其相关性.结果 老年糖尿病患者社会支持与服药依从性分别与患者的性别、婚姻情况、文化程度和病程等具有相关性.主观社会支持度越高,则服药依从性更好.结论 社区卫生工作人员应加强社会支持系统,完善社区老年糖尿病患者的社会生活.主观社会支持度与服药依从性呈正相关.

Study on Correlation between Social Support and Compliance of Medications for Elderly Patients with Diabetes in Community

OBJECTIVE To understand the correlation of elderly patients in community between social support and compliance of mecllcations, provide the basis for better prevention and treatment of diabetes. METHODS The extraction of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, respectively use of self-general scale, social support scale and medication compliance four aspects of investigation, and then analyze the correlation of general information, social support and compliance of medications. RESULTS Social support and compliance of medications in elderly patients with diabetes were relevant on sex, marital status, education level, duration and others. The higher subjective social support was, the better compliance of medications were. CONCLUSION Community health workers should strengthen social support systems, improving the social life of the community in elderly diabetic patients. Subjective social support and compliance of medications were positively correlated.
