微创颅内血肿清除术对高血压脑出血患者预后的影响

目的：探讨微创颅内血肿清除术对治疗高血压脑出血患者预后的影响。方法：回顾分析83例高血压脑出血患者临床资料，其中微创手术42例，保守治疗41例。比较两组患者痛死率、神经功能恢复有效率、意识恢复时间、程度厦微创治疗时机、适应证。并进行统计分析。结果：微创手术组血肿清除率高，意识恢复时间厦恢复程度明显优于保守治疗组，病死率明显降低，神经功能恢复有效率明显提高。结论：微创引流术治疗高血压脑出血效果明显优于保守治疗，是治疗高血压脑出血切实可行的方法。

Clinical Study of Minimally Invasive Surgery for the Affection of Prognosis of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Objective:To explore the therapeutic value of minimally invasive surgery treating in patients with hypertensive in- tracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Between 83 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,42 patients treated with minimally invasive surgery,and 41 patients with general physical treatment.Compared mortality rate and ADL score between two groups were compared.The relations between the curative effect with the bleeding capability of the patient were studied. Results:The patients treated with minimally invasive surgery have the lower mortality rate and higher ADL scores than the ones with general physical treatment.Conclusion:Minimally invasive surgery is a ,safe and effective method in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
