基于元分析的中国飞行员人格特质特征研究

目的探索中国飞行员人格特质特征,为飞行员岗位匹配提供理论依据。方法搜集2008~2014年间卡特尔16种人格因素量表(16PF)15组数据与2005~2015年间艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)13组数据,运用元分析方法对飞行员人格特质进行系统评价。结果相对于中国军人常模,中国飞行员人格特质总体特征为强外倾性、低忧虑性、低精神质、高聪慧性、高恃强性、高独立性、高世故性、低紧张性、高兴奋性、低神经质、高自律性、高有恒性、高幻想性、高实验性,民航飞行员人格特质相对于军航飞行员显著性差异表现在低稳定性、低恃强性、低兴奋性、低敢为性、高敏感性、高怀疑性、低自律性、高紧张性,飞行学员人格特质相对于飞行员显著性差异表现在低聪慧性、低稳定性、低恃强性、高忧虑性、高紧张性。结论在飞行员的整个职业发展过程中,针对性地关注这些人格特质组成与差异能更契合飞行职业特性。

Study on Characteristics of Personality Traits in Chinese Pilots Based on Meta-analysis

Objective To analyze the characteristics of personality traits of Chinese pilots and provide a theoretical basis for person-post matching.Methods Fifteen reported data of Cattell Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire (16PF) from 2008 to 2014 and 13 reported data of Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) from 2005 to 2015 were collected and the data was processed with the Meta-analysis method.Results High extraversion,low apprehension,low psychoticism,high reasoning,high dominance,high self-reliance,high privateness,low tension,high liveliness,low neuroticism,high perfectionism,high rule-consciousness,high abstractedness and high openness were the overall characteristics of personality traits of the Chinese pilots with respect to the Chinese military norm,low emotional stability,low dominance,low liveliness,low social boldness,high sensitivity,high vigilance,low perfectionism and high tension were the prime different personality traits between civil pilots and military pilots,and low reasoning,low emotional stability,low dominance,high apprehension,and high tension were the prime personality traits between pilots and student pilots.Conclusion It will be helpful to select pilots suitable for their career features based on these typical personality traits of pilots and the differentiated characteristics.
