临床护理路径在急性早幼粒细胞白血病患者中的应用

目的:探讨临床护理路径在急性早幼粒细胞白血病患者中的应用效果。方法:将37例经过确诊为急性早幼粒细胞白血病患者随机分为观察组(n=19)和对照组(n=18),观察组采用临床护理路径模式进行护理,对照组则采用传统的护理教育模式进行护理。比较两组患者的出血程度、感染率及对护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组患者的出血程度轻于对照组(P<0.05),感染发生情况低于对照组(P<0.05),对护理工作的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径作为一种新型的临床服务模式,为整体护理提供了更有效的指导方案,提高了患者的认知程度和对护理工作的满意度,保证了健康教育的有效性,同时也提高了工作质量和效率,减少了患者的住院时间。

Application of clinical nursing path in patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia

Objective：To investigate the application effect in clinical nursing path the acute promyelocytic leukemia. Metheds：37 patients randomly divided into observation group（ 19 cases） and control group（ 18 cases）, observation group received nursing mode of clinical nursing path ,the control group used the traditional model of nursing education. Compared two groups of patients with bleeding,infection and satisfaction levels. Results：Observation group d degree of bleeding in patients was lighter than the control group （ P 〈 0.05） ,occurrence of infection was lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, nursing job sat- isfaction was higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Clinical nursing path is a new type clinical nursing,provided a more useful instruction scheme for the whole nursing,improved the cognition degree and satisfaction patients,also raised operate mass and efficiency at the same time,reduced hos- pitalized time.
