中医情志护理对脑卒中后抑郁患者的影响

目的:探讨情志护理在脑卒中后抑郁患者中的应用效果,为临床心理护理提供依据。方法:将68例脑卒中抑郁患者随机分为观察组和对照组各34例,对照组实施常规心理护理,观察组在常规护理基础上增加情志护理,在干预前后分别采用Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行评定和比较。结果:干预后观察组SDS得分低于对照组(P<0.01),疗效高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:情志护理有利于改善脑卒中抑郁患者的抑郁状况,促进其心身康复,提高患者的生活质量。

Effect of emotional nursing of TCM for patients with post-stroke depression

Objective： To explore the application effect of emotional nursing in patients with post - stroke depression,to provide the basis for clinical psycho- logical nursing. Methods：68 cases of patients with post - stroke depression were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 34 cases of each group. The control group received routine psychological care, while the observation group increased emotional care on the basis of routine care, before and after the intervention using Zung self - rating depression scale （SDS） for evaluation and comparison. Results ：The score of SDS of observation group was lower than control group（P 〈 0.01 ） ,the total efficiency was higher than that of control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Emotional nursing can help to improve depression in patients with post - stroke depression,promote their physical and mental rehabilitation,and improve the quality of their lives.
