计划护理在心脏手术中的应用

目的：责任护士在心脏手术中实施计划护理。对患者和医生满意度的影响。方法：将100例心脏手术患者随机分为访视组(50例)和对照组(50例)。术前1d责任护士了解访视组患者情况并对患者进行宣教；与医生沟通了解手术方案并共同制定器械计划护理单。对照组按常规进行术中护理。术后1、4、7d对患者进行随访，发放满意度调查表，并征求主刀医生意见，对器械准备及手术配合效果进行评价。结果：访视组患者及医生满意度均高于对照组。结论：责任护士实施计划护理后，手术效果好，医生和患者满意度高。

Application of Planned Care Provided by Duty Nurse in Heart Surgery

Objective:To observe the responses of patients and doctors in to planned care for heart surgery provided by duty nurse.Methods:One hundred pa tients who would receive heart surgery were divided at random into two groups:vi sited group of 50 cases and control group of other 50 cases.For the former group ,the duty nurse visited the patients one day before the surgery to learn from an d give instruction to the patients.The nurses also consulted the doctors for sur gery scheme and instruction.For the control group the patients received a regula r care. On 1st,4th,7th day after the operation,the patients were paid a visit an d asked to fill the questionnaire on their satisfaction to the planned care rece ived.Meanwhile,the doctors were asked to comment on the preparation of instrumen ts for the surgery and the cooperation as well.Results:The data showed that the satisfaction of the former group was higher than that of later one.Conclusion:Th e planned care provided by duty nurse can satisfy both the surgeons and the pati ents.
