| 摘 要： | 目的：研究阿莫西林／克拉维酸钾治疗尿路感染的临床疗效。方法：治疗组41例 尿路感染患给予阿莫西林／克拉维酸钾0．25g，每日3次口服，疗程7d；对照组29例尿路感染患给予阿莫西林0．5g，每日3次口服或乳酸左氧氟沙星0．1g，每日2次口服，疗程7d。观察两组患症状、体征及实验室检查。结果：治疗组治疗后总有效率为95．12％，对照组治疗后总有效率为75．86％。结论：用阿莫西林／克拉维酸钾治疗尿路感染安全有效，节省卫生资源。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical effect of Amoxicillin/Potassium clavulanate on urinary tract infection.Methods:Forty-one urinary tract infection patients in treatment group were given Amoxicillin/Potassium clavulanate 0.25 g, 3 times/day for 7 days and 29 urinary tract infection patients in control group were given Amoxicillin 0.5 g,3 times/day or Lactic acid levofloxacin 0.1 g 2 times/day for 7 days.Symptoms,signs and laboratory examinations of the two groups of patients were observed and the cost/efficacy was calculated.Results:The effective rate in freatment group and control group was 95.12% and 75.86% recpectively.Efficacy/cost was 21 and the net efficacy was 954.Conclusion:Treating urinary tract infection with Amoxicillin/Potassium clavulanate is safe and effective. It can save medical resources. |
