手术室开展期刊导读的实践与体会

目的探讨开展手术室期刊导读对手术室护理质量和护士整体素质的影响。方法期刊导读每月1次,由主管业务的护士长负责,专科组长对导读内容进行命题,组员负责将所收集的文献进行导读,全科室护士参加并填写期刊导读质量调查表。结果激发了手术室护士的学习热情,拓宽了知识面,提高了抢救水平和应急能力,突出了“以病人为中心”的整体护理理念,提高了手术室护理服务质量。结论手术室期刊导读是提高手术室护士综合素质的快捷有效的学习方法。

The practice and experience of journal guided reading in operation room

Objective To explore the effect of journal guided reading on the quality of nursing and the quality of nursing staff in operation room.(Methods The) head nurse took in charge of the activity,the director of specialty nurse chose the topic,and the nurses collected the materials and selected some good articles to read in group once a month.Then the feedback was got by investigation on the nurses' attitude on the quality of journal guided reading by questionnaires.Results This pratice inspired the nurses' learning enthusiasm,broadened their knowledge,and improved their ability of emergency techniques and coping,which embodied the idea of "patient-centered" holistic nursing,and improved the quality of nursing in operation room.(Conclusions The) practice of journal guided reading is one of the effective and fast means to enhance the general quality of nurses in operation room.
