| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肩、锁部位手术麻醉的较好方法。方法 76例病人分对照组 (30例 )和实验组 (46例 )分别用肌间沟臂丛阻滞法和肌间沟臂丛复合颈丛阻滞法 ,比较麻醉效果。结果 实验组麻醉效果Ⅰ级达 82 .9% ,远远高于对照组 (40 % )。结论 肌间沟臂丛复合颈丛阻滞是肩、锁部位手术较好的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the preferable anesthetic method for shoulder or clavicle surgery .Methods 76 patients were divided into control group (30 patients) and experimental group(46 patients). Interscalene Brachial plexus anaesthesia was used in control group, and interscalene brachial plexus and cervical plexus anaesthesia was used in experimental group. The anesthetic effects of two groups were compared. Results In experimental group, anesthetic effect in 82.9% of the patients was I grade, it's higher than in comparable group (40%). Conclusions Interscalene brachial and cervical plexus anaesthesia is a good anesthetic method for shoulder or clavicle surgery. |
