输入性恶性疟死亡1例

[目的]明确1例疑似黄热病病例的诊断,探讨其死亡原因。[方法]对2010年2月15日十堰市人民医院报告的1例郧县籍疑似黄热病病人进行流行病学调查和实验室检查。[结果]病例有高疟区暴露史,血检恶性疟原虫阳性,因延误治疗,不治死亡。[结论]这是1例输入性恶性疟疾,延误治疗是导致死亡的原因。

One Death Case of Imported Falciparum Malaria
