| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨骨折内固定后高压氧和音乐治疗对骨折愈合的效果观察。方法：股骨和胫骨骨折交锁髓内钉内固定术后患者180例，随机分为两组，即A组和B组，A组常规护理治疗；B组常规护理治疗的同时进行音乐护理，术后第7d开始进行高压氧治疗；治疗后分别在30d、40d、60d拍X线片，观察其骨痂形成的情况。结果：各观察时间段X线片显示B组骨痂形成情况优于A组，两组比较，有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：骨折内固定后进行高压氧治疗和音乐护理有利于骨折愈合。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To study therapy of hyperbaric oxygen and music therapy on the bone fracture healing. Methods ：180 postoperative patients who were bone fracture were randomly divided in to group A and group B,groupA were received routine nursing and treatment,group B were recived routine nursing ,at the same time using hyperbaric oxygen and music therapy. The 30.40.60 days X - ray examined ,to observe condition of porosis. Results： There was a significant difference in the healing time of porosis between two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Hyperbaric oxygen and music therapy therapy could accelerate fracture healing effectively. |
