大蒜素治疗冠心病心绞痛及对血浆GMP-140、D-二聚体、NO、NOS的影响

为观察大蒜素注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及血脂、血浆GMP－140、D－二聚体、一氧化氮（NO）及一氧化氮合酶（NOS）的变化。设大蒜素注射液治疗组43例和硝酸甘油对照组25例，疗程均为10天。结果：治疗组的总有效率为87．7％，与对照组总有效率80．0％相近；治疗组的ApoB、GMP－140和D－二聚体水平降低，提高NOS活性，NO水平升高。提示大蒜素注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛具有良好的疗效，其作用机理可能与抑制血小板活化、血栓形成，以及通过增加NOS活性，NO水平升高从而扩张冠状动脉及外周血管有关。

Influence of Allitridi on Plasm GMP-140,D-dimer,NO and NOS in Treating Angina Pectoris

To observe the clinical efficacy of allitridi injection and its influence on plasm GMP 140,D dimer,nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthetase (NOS) in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,43 cases in treatment group were treated with allitridi and 25 in control group with nitroglycerin;they were all treated for ten days.Results:The total effective rate was 83 7% in treatment group,similar to 80.0% in control group;in treatment group,the GMP 140 and D dimer fell,the activity of NOS and the content of NO increased.It is revealed that allitridi injection is quite effective against angina pectoris,perhaps by inhibiting the activation of platelet and the formation of thrombus,increasing the activity of NOS and increasing the content of NO,as a result to dilate the coronary artery and peripheral arteries.
