健康教育临床路径对抑郁症患者的影响

目的:探讨健康教育临床路径对抑郁症患者的影响。方法:将在我科住院的抑郁症患者120例,随机分为对照组60例和试验组60例。对照组实施传统健康教育,试验组实施健康教育临床路径。比较干预10周后两组患者对治疗的依从性、护理满意度、健康教育达标率、治疗效果。结果:试验组对治疗的依从性、护理满意度、健康教育达标率、治疗效果均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:实施健康教育临床路径能提高抑郁症患者对治疗的依从性、治疗效果,密切护患关系,提高护理满意度。

Effect of health education clinical pathway on patients with depression

Objective：To explore the influence of the health education clinical pathway on patients with depression. Methods ：120 patients with depression were randomly divided into the control group of 60 eases and the test group of 60 cases. The control group was implemented by the traditional health educa- tion, the test group was implemented by health education clinical pathway. Compared two sets compliance, nursing satisfaction, health education success rate and the treatment effect of two groups patients for 10 weeks after intervention. Results：The test group in compliance, nursing satisfaction, success rate of health education and the treatment effect were higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Implementation of health education clinical pathway can improve the patients with depress of treatment with compliance, the treatment effect, the close relationship with care, improve nursing satisfaction.
