摘    要:
用抗趋阴极循环抗原单克隆抗体建立的Dot-ELISA检测血吸虫循环抗原显示有高度的敏感性和特异性,极少交叉反应。68份急性血吸虫病患者血清的阳性检出率为98.5%,216份慢性血吸虫病血清的阳性检出率为83.3%。225份正常人血清仅1份阳性。48例血吸虫病治愈者的阴转率为97.9%。实验性血吸虫病家兔治疗后8周,16只治愈的家兔中12只阴转。

Abstract:
Dot-ELISA using an anti-CCA monoclonal antibody to detect schistosoma antigens showed high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of schistosomiasis with very few cross-reactions, In 68 acute schistosomiasis cases, the positive rote was 98.5% 216 chronic cases gave 83.3% positive; 225 normal individuals showed one positive reaction. Aneativeconversion rate of 97.9% in 48 cured schistosomasis patients was demonstrated, In an animal experiment using 16 infected rabbits, 12 negative in the 8th week post treatment.
