| 摘 要： | 医疗保障是实施健康扶贫工程的关键一环,更是防止农村低收入人群因病致贫、因病返贫的重要屏障。文章从筹资渠道、保障内容两方面对不同医疗保险体系国家关于贫困人群的医疗保障制度进行了比较与分析。在学习和借鉴这些国家医疗保障政策成功经验的基础上,结合我国健康扶贫工作现状,提出改进健康扶贫工作的政策建议。 |

| Abstract: | Medical care is not only a key part in the implementation of health poverty alleviation,but an important barrier to prevent the low-income residents back to poverty due to disease.In this review,financing channels and security contents of different medical care models for the poor people were compared and analyzed.On the basis of successful experience abroad and the current situation at home,the policy suggestions were put forward in order to improve the practice of health poverty alleviation. |
