| 摘 要： | 目的了解南京地区近10年麻疹住院患者流行病学及临床特征,为制定防控策略提供依据。方法对南京市第二医院2008—2017年收治的5 171例麻疹住院患者的临床资料和流行病学资料进行回顾性分析。结果在5 171例麻疹患者中,男女比例为1.43∶1,其中2009年、2013年和2015年麻疹患病较多,尤其2015年出现麻疹患病新高(2 641例)。麻疹发病呈现明显季节性分布,4月为发病高峰(1 279例),主要发病年龄段在2岁以下,占63.41%,成人麻疹病例占29.78%。97.50%的患者有典型皮疹表现,44.82%的患者出现并发症,主要为肺炎、肝损害、喉炎和心功能不全。其中喉炎和心功能不全在≤1岁婴幼儿中常见(68.87%和89.31%),肝损害多见于成年麻疹患者(77.36%)。结论儿童是麻疹易感人群,成人麻疹患者仍占有较高比例。除皮疹表现常见外,还可出现各类并发症。因此除做好适龄儿童麻疹疫苗免疫外,还应注重成人强化免疫工作,预防控制麻疹的流行。
