| 摘 要： | 美国感染病学会(IDSA)于2009年流感大流行前发布了季节性流感的诊断和治疗指南,在此后的近10年内,随着诊断技术的发展、新的药物的使用、以及大量抗病毒药物及辅助治疗的研究,流感的诊治策略有了较大的更新。2018年12月IDSA发布了新一版的指南,新的指南在2009版的基础上,主要对诊断技术、治疗、预防性抗病毒用药及机构暴发的管理作了更新。
