摘    要:
单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)感染人群极为普遍,超过70%的成人曾感染过HSV。目前,对HSV感染的控制尚无特异性有效措施,因此亟需研发抗HSV药物。喹诺酮和喹啉类化合物具有包括抗病毒在内的多种生物活性,其中的某些化合物如6显示出良好的体内外抗HSV活性,极具进一步开发前景。本文将着重介绍近年来喹诺酮和喹啉类化合物在抗HSV领域的最新研究进展,并归纳此类化合物的构-效关系,以启迪科学家设计活性更高的候选物。

Abstract:
Herpes simplex is a common infectious virus that can be divided into two types: herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) and herpes simplex virus type 2 (HSV-2), and more than 70% of adults have been infected with HSV. Antiviral medications which can help to reduce the severity and frequency of symptoms are the most effective medications available for HSV infected patients, but these agents cannot cure the infection. Quinolone and quinoline derivatives possess various biological properties, and some of them such as compound 6 exhibited promisingin vitro and in vivoanti-HSV activities. This review covers the recent advances of quinolone and quinoline derivatives as potential anti-HSV agents, and summarizes the structure-activity relationship to provide an insight for further design of more effective candidates.
