超声心动图研究钙化性主动脉瓣狭窄与收缩期高血压的关系

【目的】应用超声心动图研究老年钙化性主动脉瓣狭窄与收缩期高血压的关系。【方法】选取超声心动图诊断为老年钙化性主动脉瓣狭窄（CAS）的患者139例,根据主动脉瓣病变程度将患者分为轻度、中度、重度狭窄组,另选无CAS的老年人60例为对照组,调查并比较各组间收缩期高血压患病情况。【结果】各组CAS患者的收缩期高血压患病率均较对照组显著增高,而狭窄程度不同的三组CAS患者之间其收缩期高血压患病率无明显差异。【结论】收缩期高血压与CAS明显相关,提示收缩压增高可能是CAS的独立危险因素,因此,为延缓CAS发展须控制好收缩压。

Study on the relationship of calcific aortic stenosis and systolic hypertension by echocardiography

【Objective】To observe the relationship of senile calcific aortic stenosis（CAS） and systolic hypertension by echocardiography.【Methods】A total of 139 cases of CAS diagnosed by echocardiography were selected and divided into three groups：the mild group,the middle group and the severe group. 60 cases of senile persons without CAS were selected as control group.The prevalence condition of systolic hypertension among the groups were investigated and compared.【Results】The prevalence rate of the three CAS groups all were significantly higher than the control group,but there were no significant difference among the three groups.【Conclusions】There was remarkable correlation between the systolic hypertension and CAS,the systolic hypertension might be a independent danger to CAS and should be controlled properly.
