P21和P27蛋白在卵巢癌组织中的表达及其意义

目的探讨P21和P27蛋白在卵巢癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测10份正常卵巢组织、10份良性卵巢肿瘤以及30份恶性卵巢肿瘤组织中P21和P27蛋白的表达。结果正常卵巢组织、良性肿瘤组织P21、P27蛋白阳性表达率与卵巢癌组织比较,差异有显著性(P=0.014、0.004)。P21和P27蛋白在恶性卵巢肿瘤中的表达与临床分期有关(P=0.024、0.008),而与组织学类型、组织分化程度、有无腹水、淋巴结有无转移无关(P=0.067～0.562)。3种组织中P21和P27蛋白的表达呈正相关(P=0.039)。结论P21和P27蛋白表达异常可直接影响细胞周期转化,促进卵巢癌的发生。联合检测P21和P27蛋白对卵巢癌的预后评估和指导治疗有积极的意义。

EXPRESSION AND SIGNIFICANCE OF P21 AND P27 PROTEIN IN OVARIAN CARCINOMA

Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of P21 and P27 proteins in ovarian carcinoma. Methods The expressions of P21 and P27 protein in normal ovarian tissue(10 cases), benign ovarian tumor (10 cases) and ovarian carcinoma (30 cases) were analyzed by immunohistochemistry technique. Results The positive rates of P21 and P27 in normal ovarian and benign ovarian tumor groups were higher than that in ovarian carcinoma (P=0.014,0.004). The expression of P21 and P27 in carcinoma was associated with clinical stage (P=0.024,0.008), but not correlated with pathological type, histologic grade, ascites or lymphatic metastasis (P=0.067-0.562). Positive correlation was found between P21 and P27 expression in the three tissues (P=0.039). Conclusion The abnormal expression of P21 and P27 may directly affect cell cycle progression and tumorigenesis.Protein examination,especially combined examination of P21 and P27,has positive effects on prognosis and treatment of the cancer.
