双氯芬酸钠缓释片人体体内外相关性研究

摘    要:
在研制出双氯芬酸钠缓释片的基础上,探讨了控释骨架材料羟丙基纤维素(HPC)和乙基纤维素(EC)含量对药物溶出的影响。表明药物的溶出速度,随着HPC和EC在片基中含量的增高而减慢。当与速释辅料取得恰当比例时,可获得满意的缓释效果。本研究通过体内吸收预试,确定了较好的处方C,并进一步进行了体内外相关性实验,证明其体内吸收与体外溶出具有良好相关性(γ=0.9694)。

Abstract:
On the basis of preparing diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablet, we probed how the contents of control-release skeleton material (Hydroxypropyl Cellulose HPC, Ethyl Cellulose EC) influences the drug release. It was found that rate of drug dissolution from tablet got slower on the increase 0f the contents of HPC and EC in the tablet. When they were mixed with quick-release ingredient in proper proportion, we could get satisfactory slow-release result. Formula C was defined by preparation absorption experiment in vivo. Furthermore, we conducted experiment of correlation between in vitro and in vivo tests. Thecorrelation coefficient was O.9 694.
