萘呋胺制剂的相对生物利用度测定

摘    要:对9名男性健康志愿者空腹口服单剂量的二种萘呋胺缓释胶囊剂后的生物利用度进行了比较。萘呋胺血药浓度的测定采用专一、灵敏的反相HPLC-荧光检测法。有关药代参数的计算采用3P87药代程序按统计矩模式进行。统计结果表明二种胶囊的AUC、MRT、Cax、Tmax等药代参数无显著性差异,生物等效性检验合格。

Abstract:The bioavailability of two kinds of sustainedrelease naftidroduryl capsules (domestic capsule A and imported capsuleB) was determined in 9 healthy male volunteers after a single oral dose of 200mg. The serum levels of naftidroduryl were assayed byreverse-HPLC with fluorescence detection. The pharmacokinetic parameters of capsule A and B were f AUC 1 452±417 and1 48±590ng.h.ml; MRT 6.526±l.269 and 6.004±O.820h1; Cmax24O.l±75.4 and 246.1±72.0ng.ml 1;Tmax2.392±O.524 and 2.287±0.454 h,respectively. The relative bioavailability of the capsule A was l00.73% and the bioequivalence of the two capsules was up tostandard.
