| 摘 要： | 报告1例口服低剂量甲氨蝶呤致皮肤毒性反应。患者男，45岁，全身皮肤反复红斑及鳞屑7年，加重伴溃疡及疼痛40 d。皮损组织病理检查：表皮细胞坏死，表皮下裂隙及水疱，真皮浅层血管周围中等量淋巴细胞浸润。诊断：甲氨蝶呤致皮肤毒性反应。

| Abstract: | A case of skin toxicity induced by oral low-dose methotrexate is reported.A 45-year-old male presented with erythematous macules,plaques with scales all over the body for 7 years.The lesions aggravated with ulcerations for the recent 40 days.Histopathological examination revealed subepidermal fissures and blisters with necrosis of epidermal cells and mild perivascular lymphocytic infiltration.Diagnosis:skin toxicity induced by oral low-dose methotrexate. |
