Analysis of Nutritional Status of Primary and Secondary School Students in Chengjiaqiao Street,Changning District,Shanghai from 2014 to 2018

OBJECTIVE To understand the dynamic changes of nutritional status of primary and secondary school students in Chengjiaqiao street.METHODS According to the physical examination data,the nutritional status of primary and secondary school students in the street was analyzed dynamically from 2014 to 2018.RESULTS From 2014 to 2018,the average malnutrition rate of primary and middle school students in Chengjiaqiao street was 19.38%,which showed an upward trend(χ²=15.05,P<0.05).The average overweight rate was 13.15%.There was no obvious trend(χ²=5.18,P>0.05).The average obesity rate was 17.69%,which showed a downward trend(χ²=6.43,P<0.05).The malnutrition rate of girls was significantly higher than that of boys in primary and secondary schools,and the difference was statistically significant(χ²=29.869,140.206,P<0.05).The overweight and obesity rates of middle school boys were higher than girls(χ²=3.911,26.449),and primary school boys were higher than girls(χ²=71.976,129.489).CONCLUSION There were two kinds of problems:malnutrition and overnutrition,and malnutrition was becoming more and more serious,among the primary and secondary school students in Chengjiaqiao street,which should be paid attention by the society and parents.
