大肠癌患者血浆D二聚体和纤维蛋白原浓度变化及临床意义

目的:研究大肠癌患者血浆D二聚体和纤维蛋白原浓度的变化及意义。方法:选择大肠癌患者34例及良性病患者31例,于术前采血并检测血浆D二聚体和纤维蛋白原浓度,然后进行统计分析。同时,大肠癌患者组内按照Dukes分期标准分为4组,并对组间D二聚体水平进行比较。结果:大肠癌患者的D二聚体水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。同样,两组之间的纤维蛋白原水平亦有显著差别,大肠癌患者组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在大肠癌患者的各亚组中,Dukes D期患者的D二聚体水平明显高于其他各期(P<0.05)。结论:大肠癌患者血液处于高凝状态,并且D二聚体对大肠癌的分期及预后可能有一定的指导意义。

The research on the changes of the D-dimer and fibrinogen concentrations in the patients with colorectal carcinoma

Objective: To study the changes of the plasma concentrations of the D-dimer and fibrinogen in the patients with colorectal carcinoma.Methods: Preoperative plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen levels were measured in 34 patients with colorectal carcinoma and 31 patients with benign disease.At the same time,the patients with colorectal carcinoma were divided into 4 groups according to the Dukes,classification and the D-dimer levels measured.Results: Preoperative plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen levels were significantly higher in patients with colorectal carcinoma than those with benign diseases(P<0.05).Among the subgroups of the patients with colorectal carcinoma,the D-dimer level of the Dukes D group was the highest(P<0.05).Conclusion: The blood of the patients with colorectal carcinoma is in a hypercoagulability condition.The D-dimer plasma level maybe useful for the staging and prognosis of the patients with colorectal carcinoma.
