医学院大学生蠕形螨感染调查

摘    要:
目的了解医学院学生近年来人体蠕形螨的感染现状,为治疗和预防提供依据。方法采用透明胶带粘贴法,对部分在校集体住宿的大学生进行蠕形螨感染的调查。胶带置于光镜下检查,阳性片计数虫数并进行虫种鉴定。结果共调查108名学生。总感染率为50.93%(55/108),男生感染率为52.78%(19/36),女生感染率曲50%(36/72),男生与女生感染率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。单纯毛囊蠕形螨感染占60%(33/55),单纯皮脂蠕形螨感染占5.45%(3/55),混合感染占34.55%(19/55)。轻度感染占89.1%(49/55)。鼻部感染(41/55)较额部(19/55)、颊部(21/55)高。结论我院蠕形螨总感染率较高,但以轻度感染为主,毛囊蠕形螨感染高于皮脂蠕形螨,感染以鼻部为主,感染者无性别差异。

Abstract:
Objective To master the current status of human Demodex infections in Binzhou Medical College students and to offer some data for prevention and treatment of Demodex infection.Methods Transparent adhesive tape method was used for diagnosis.Infection intensity and species identification was made under microscope.Results A total of 108 students were investigated.The infection rate was 50.93%(55/108).There were no significant differences between male(52.78%)and female(50%)(P>0.05).The infection of Demodex folliculorum was higher than that of Demodex brevis.The mild infection was 89.1% and the infection of nose is higher than that of forehead or gena.Conclusion The total infection rate was higher and the mild infection was dominating,The infection of Demodex folliculorum was higher than that of Demodex brevis.The nose was more susceptible to demodex than that of forehead or gena.The infection rate of demodex had no significant different in male and female.
