福建省居民超重和肥胖流行现状研究

[目的]研究福建省居民超重和肥胖的现状,为制订干预措施提供依据。[方法]采用多阶段分层随机抽样法调查,以2000年人口构成标准计算标化率。[结果]18岁及以上人群超重率23.9%(标化率20.1%);男21.4%(标化率19.4%),女25.7%(标化率20.7%);肥胖率6.1%(标化率5.1%);男5.1%(标化率5.1%),女6.9%(标化率5.1%)。女性超重和肥胖率均高于男性,且随年龄增加有上升趋势;男性人群各年龄组超重和肥胖率类似。[结论]福建省人群超重和肥胖现况严重,必须采取干预措施,遏制其增长趋势。

Current Status Research on Body Overweight and Obesity in Fujian, China

[Objective] To research the prevalence of residents' overweight and obesity in Fujian for developing interventional measures.[Methods] Multi-stage stratified random sampling method was used for the study.And standardized rate was calculated with national standard population in 2000.[Results] The overweight rate of aged 18 and over was 23.9%(standardized rate 20.1%),male was 21.4%(19.4%) and female was 25.7%(20.7%).The obesity rate was 6.1%(5.1%),male 5.1%(5.1%) and female 6.9%(5.1%). Overweight and obesity rate of female was higher than that of male and increased with age groups.Overweight and obesity rate tendency of male in age groups were similar.[Conclusion] Overweight and obesity rates are at high level in Fujian residents and interventional measures must be taken for the control of the tendency.
