气相色谱法测定消毒液中甲酚含量和公式解析

目的观察气相色谱法测定甲酚皂消毒液中甲酚含量及其公式解析。方法采用气相色谱法,对甲酚皂消毒液进行了分析测定,并对计算公式进行解析。结果经过对邻位甲酚校正因子,内标物质及样品中的甲酚质量等计算公式推导和解析,计算得到的测定结果,标准品和实际样品甲酚含量均符合样品标签所标示的含量,其相对标准偏差范围为1.29%~3.61%。结论气相色谱法测定消毒液中甲酚含量的公式需要正确校正,测定结果准确。

DETERMINATION CRESOL CONTENT OF THE DISINFECTANT WITH GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY AND FORMULA ANALYZING

Objective To determine the cresol content of the lysol disinfectant with gas chromatography and analyze formula.Methods Gas chromatography was used to determine the lysol disinfectant and to analyze the formula.Results After deducing and analyzing the formulas of the o-cresol correction factor,the internal standard quality and the cresol quality of sample etc,the cresol content of standard o-cresol and real sample calculated were consist with the sample labels and the range of RSD was 1.29%~3.61%.Conclusions The formula of determination the cresol content of the disinfectant by gas chromatography needs to be correctly adjusted and results calculated are accurate.
