锁骨外端不稳定骨折较为常见，手术治疗方法较多。我院采用喙突锁骨问固定治疗(喙突和锁骨问环扎钢丝及螺钉固定法)新鲜锁骨外端不稳定骨折，疗效优良，现报告如下。
