静脉吸毒人群隐孢子虫感染血清免疫学调查

目的调查静脉吸毒人群的隐孢子虫感染情况。方法采集588例静脉吸毒人群及384例健康人群血清标本，用间接酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测血清中隐孢子虫抗体阳性率。比较各组差异。结果588例静脉吸毒人员隐孢子虫血清阳性率为69．90％，而健康人群阳性率为29．43％，两者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。女性静脉吸毒人员隐孢子虫血清阳性率为79．01％，男性为65．85％，两者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。隐孢子虫感染率在不同年龄组、不同吸毒年限组和丙型肝炎抗体阳性组差异无统计学意义。结论静脉吸毒人群隐孢子虫感染率高于普通人群，其中女性吸毒人群高于男性吸毒人群。应加强对吸毒人群隐孢子虫病的防治。

Serum immunology investigation of Cryptosporidium infection among injection drug abusers

Objective To explore the status of Cryptosporidium infection among injection drug abusers(IDUs) based on the purified recombinant CP23 protein antigen.Methods The serologic antibody response of Cryptosporidium infection was examined by indirect ELISA in the collected 588 serum episodes of IDUs and 384 cases of healthy persons.
