Maitland手法结合中医推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床研究

目的 探讨Maitland手法结合中医推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法 60例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例,观察组采用Maitland手法结合中医推拿按摩,对照组则只行中医推拿手法.1次/d,10次为1个疗程,评定治疗前后患者症状功能及椎基底动脉的平均血流速度.结果 两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),两组患者椎动脉(VA)和基底动脉(BA)的平均血流速度均较治疗前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),治疗后观察组椎动脉和基底动脉的平均血流速度与对照组比较差异亦有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 Maitland手法结合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效显著,两种治疗具有协同作用.

Maitland Technique Combined with TCM Tuina for Cervical Spondylopathy of Vertebral Artery Type:A clinical study
