原因不明反复自然流产者被动免疫治疗后出生儿生长发育随访观察

目的:观察被动免疫治疗原因不明反复自然流产(RSA)后对出生儿生长发育的影响,以评价被动免疫疗法对后代的安全性。方法:追踪随访被动免疫治疗后21例和主动免疫治疗后26例出生儿出生时情况以及随后的智力和生长发育情况。以身长、体重、头围为指标,进行被动治疗后出生儿体重与同胎龄正常新生儿出生体重值的比较以及被动与主动免疫治疗后出生儿之间的比较。结果:被动免疫后各胎龄段出生儿体重与相应胎龄段正常新生儿体重值比较,均在正常范围;被动与主动免疫治疗后出生儿分别在出生时和3、6、9、12个月的身长、体重、头围比较均无显著性差异;两组出生儿均无窒息、黄疸、抽搐、畸形和智力障碍等症。结论:被动免疫疗法与主动免疫疗法一样对后代是安全的。

Follow-up survey on the growth and development of the infants whose mothers were treated with passive immunotherapy for recurrent spontaneous abortion

Objective:The effect of passive immunotherapy for RSA on the growth and development of the infants was observed to assess the safety of the treatment.Methods:Follow-up study for 21 infants whose mothers had received passive immunotherapy for RSA and another 26 infants whose mothers had received active immunotherapy for RSA was carried out. The body weight of the neonates whose mothers had received passive immunotherapy was compared with that of normal neonates with the same gestational ages, and the body height, body weight and head circumference of the neonates whose mothers had received passive immunotherapy were also compared with those of the neonates whose mothers had received active immunotherapy.Results:Compared with the normal neonates with the same gestational ages, the body weight of the neonates whose mothers had received passive immunotherapy was within normal range. There were no significant differences between the body height, body weight and head circumference of the neonates whose mothers had received passive immunotherapy and those of the neonates whose mothers had received active immunotherapy in 0,3,6,9 and 12 months after birth. There was no the case of suffocation, jaundice, convulsion, deformation and dysnoesia in the two groups above.Conclusion:Passive immunotherapy as well as active immunotherapy is safe to the descendants.
