疫情环境中医临床诊疗装备紧急配置的实践和思考＊

中医临床诊疗装备可在丰富中医临床诊疗手段、提高中医临床疗效等方面发挥重要作用。为了解现有中医临床诊疗装备在疫情环境中的适宜性，本研究选取部分临床上使用较多、简便易行的中医临床诊疗设备应用于湖北省3个医院的新冠肺炎诊治工作。实践过程显示，中医临床诊疗装备存在水平低、储备少、标准化建设不健全、缺乏配套物流与培训制度流程、使用人员认知不足等短板，在疫情“放大镜”下更凸显了这些问题。新发传染病防控的特殊性，要求中医临床诊疗装备应具备临床定位清晰、实用安全适应性强、便捷智能时效性高等特点。为此，我们提出实现中医临床诊疗装备发展的3条路径：①聚集成建制的多学科优势资源，解决中医诊疗装备技术水平低、临床定位难等问题，研发系列适应新发传染病防控的中医诊疗装备；②重点对市场上相对成熟的中医临床诊疗装备开展标准制修订工作，先易后难逐步完善“平战结合”的中医诊疗装备标准体系；③提高临床医务人员对中医诊疗装备重要性的认识，鼓励临床配备、使用中医诊疗装备，以望推动中医临床诊疗装备水平的提高，充分发挥中医药特色优势，成为中医疫情防控前线不可或缺的重要“利器”。

Practice and Thinking of Emergency Configuration of TCM Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Equipment in Epidemic Environment

TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment equipment can play an important role in enriching TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment means and improving TCM clinical efficacy. To understand the suitability of existing TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment equipment in the epidemic environment, this study selected part of the clinical use of more, simple and easy TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment equipment for the diagnosis and treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia in 3 hospitals in Hubei Province. The practice process shows that there are some shortcomings in TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment equipment, such as low level, less reserves, imperfect standardization construction, lack of supporting logistics and training system process, and lack of awareness of users, which are highlighted under the "magnifying glass" of the epidemic situation. The particularity of the prevention and control of new infectious diseases requires that the TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment equipment should have the characteristics of clear clinical positioning, practical, safe, strong adaptability, convenient, intelligent and high timeliness. To this end, we propose three paths to realize the development of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment equipment: first, gather the multi-disciplinary advantage resources of the system, solve the problems of low technical level and difficult clinical positioning of TCM diagnosis and treatment equipment, and develop a series of TCM diagnosis and treatment equipment to adapt to the prevention and control of emerging infectious diseases; Second, focus on the relatively mature Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment equipment in the market to carry out standard formulation and revision work, and gradually improve the "peacetime and wartime combination" TCM diagnosis and treatment equipment standard system; Third, to improve the understanding of clinical medical staff on the importance of TCM diagnosis and treatment equipment, and encourage clinical equipment and use of TCM diagnosis and treatment equipment. Through the above paths, we hope to promote the improvement of the level of TCM diagnosis and treatment equipment, give full play to the characteristic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, and become an indispensable "weapon" in the front line of epidemic prevention and control of traditional Chinese medicine.
