FP-7 Ahmed青光眼阀植入治疗硅油眼继发青光眼

目的评价FP-7 Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入治疗硅油眼继发青光眼的临床效果。方法采用回顾性病例系列研究设计,纳入2006年10月至2013年2月于沧州市中心医院行FP-7 Ahmed青光眼阀植入术的硅油眼继发青光眼患者14例14眼,分别于术后1周、2周及1、6、12个月复查,观察术眼术后眼压、视力、手术成功率及手术并发症等。结果患者术前平均眼压为（38.50±9.41）mmHg,术后1周、2周及1、6、12个月眼压分别为（15.57±2.53）mmHg、（15.21±3.09）mmHg、（16.79±3.47）mmHg、（17.46±3.76）mmHg、（17.92±2.07）mmHg,不同时间点的眼压整体比较差异有统计学意义（F=40.841,P〈0.05）。至末次随访,手术完全成功率为70%,手术条件成功率为85%。术后共有4眼出现了并发症,其中3眼于药物治疗后恢复,1眼改行睫状体光凝术。未发现术后严重并发症。结论 FP-7 Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入治疗硅油眼继发青光眼有效且相对安全,可作为硅油眼继发青光眼的治疗方法之一。

Clinical evaluation of FP-7 Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation for secondary glaucoma in silicone oil eyes

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of FP-7 Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation for secondary glaucoma in silicone oil eyes. METHODS The clinical data of 14 eyes involved 14 patients with secondary glaucoma in silicone oil eyes who underwent FP-7 Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation in Center Hospital of Cangzhou from October 2006 to February 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. The follow-up ranged from 1 week to12 months to observe the changes of intraocular pressure（IOP）, eyesight, cumulative success rate and postoperative complications. RESULTS The mean IOP was significantly different among various time points（F=40.841, P〈0.05）.The IOP was（38.50±9.41） mmHg in preoperation and（15.57±2.53）,（15.21±3.09）,（16.79± 3.47）,（17.46±3.76）,（17.92±2.07）mmHg 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 6 months, 12 months following surgery, which showed significant reduce after operation. Until the last follow-up, the complete success rate and qualified success rate was 70% and 85%respectively. The postoperative complications occurred in 4 eyes, and these were cured by medicine and surgery. No serious complication appeared in all patients after operation. CONCLUSIONS FP-7 Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation was an effective and safe method for the treatment of secondary glaucoma in silicone oil eyes, and it could be considered as one of the choices for management of secondary glaucoma in silicone oil eyes.
