2008—2010年上海市松江区中心医院门急诊麻醉药品应用分析

目的:了解我院门急诊麻醉药品临床应用情况,为临床麻醉药品的合理应用和门急诊麻醉药品规范化管理提供参考。方法:以世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐的限定日剂量(DDD)及药物利用指数(DUI)为指标,对我院2008—2010年门急诊麻醉药品使用情况进行统计分析。结果:硫酸吗啡缓释片、硫酸吗啡控释片、芬太尼透皮贴剂连续3年销售金额排序居前3位,其中芬太尼透皮贴剂上升趋势较明显;盐酸哌替啶注射液的DDDs最高。结论:我院门急诊麻醉药品的使用基本合理,但仍需进一步提高对正确使用盐酸哌替啶注射液的理解和认识。

Use of Narcotic Drugs in Outpatient and Emergency Patients in Shanghai Songjiang District Central Hospital During 2008-2010

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the utilization of narcotic drugs in outpatient and emergency patients in our hospital for clinical reference of rational use and standardized management of narcotic drugs.METHODS: The utilization of narcotics among outpatient and emergency patients in our hospital during 2008-2010 was analyzed statistically in respect of defined daily doses(DDDs) and drug utilization index(DUI) as recommended by WHO.RESULTS: Morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets,morphine sulfate controlled-release tablets and transdermal fentanyl dominated the first 3 places in terms of consumption sum over three consecutive years,with transdermal fentanyl showing the most rapid increase and pethidine injection showing the highest DDDs.CONCLUSION: The use of narcotic drugs in the outpatient and emergency patients of Shanghai Songjiang Central Hospital is basically reasonable;however,knowledge on the correct use of pethidine hydrochloride injection remains to be improved.
