| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨注射用抗菌药物配制方面的咨询问题,提高药学的服务质量。方法:对四川省妇幼保健院2009年8月—2011年8月的涉及注射用抗菌药物的配制咨询进行分析。结果:医护人员对β-内酰胺类抗菌药物的咨询例数最多;内容主要涉及药物溶解后放置的时间、输液溶剂的选择及抗菌药物给药间隔问题。结论:通过药物咨询增强了临床合理配制注射用抗菌药物,同时对临床药师也是良好的宣传。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To probe into the consultation on preparation of antimicrobials for injection so as to improve the quality of pharmaceutical care.METHODS: The consultation on preparation of antimicrobials for injections from Aug.2009 to Aug.2011 in Sichuan Provincial Maternal and Child Care Service Center was analyzed.RESULTS: Beta-lactam antibacterials were the leading drugs inquired by medical staff,and the questions focused on storing time of drugs after dissolving,choice of infusion solvents,dosing interval of antibiotics.CONCLUSION: Drug consultation contributed to clinical rational preparation of antimicrobials and the publicity for clinical pharmacists. |
