精神病专科医院医院感染特点分析

目的分析2009～2011年精神病专科医院院感特点,为精神病专科医院控制医院感染提供资料与依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法分析本院6 134例住院精神病患者发生医院感染状况,并分析相关原因。结果 2009～2011年住院精神病患者发生医院感染159例,感染发生率为2.59%;医院感染发生部位以上呼吸道、下呼吸道、胃肠道为主;住院时间越长,医院感染发生率越高;精神分裂症患者医院感染发生率最高（40.25%）。结论精神病专科医院住院患者医院感染的发生与住院时间、所患精神病种类等有关,针对相关因素,采取有效措施控制医院感染发生率。

Analysis of characters for nosocomial infection in psychiatric hospital

Objective To analyze the characteristics of nosocomial infections in psychiatric hospital from 2009 to 2011 which could provide information to control nosocomial infections.Methods The status and reasons of nosocomial infections of the 6 134 cases of psychiatric patients in our hospital were retrospectively surveyed and analyzed.Results Of all 6 134 patients,159 cases were definitely diagnosed as nosocomial infection.The incidence was 2.59%.Among these infections,there were much more cases in upper respiratory tract infections,lower respiratory tract infections and gast rointestinal infections.The longer hospitalization time,the higher of the incidence of nosocomial infections.Schizophrenia patients were found to have the highest incidence in nosocomial infection.Conclusion The nosocomial infection in psychiatric hospital has some characteristics.These are related to the mental disease types of the patients,the long stay in hospital,the controlling of the related factors is crucial to the prevention of nosocomial infection.
