| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of edocopic transnasal navigation combined via lower eyelid incision in the treatment of blowout orbital wall fracture.Methods The clinical data of 21 eyes of 21 patients with blowout fracture of inner and inferior obbital wall from Jan.2010 to Jun.2018 in the 980 Hospital of the People*s Liberation Army were analyzed retrospectively.All cases were treated incision with endoscopic transnasal navigation orbital wall fracture reduction via lower eyelid.The follow-up time was 1 year.The reduction of fracture,exophthalmos,ocular movement,diplopia and complications were observed.Results After 1 year follow-up,18 cases(85.71%,18/21)were cured,3 cases(14.29%,3/21)were improved,and the effective rate was 100%.Conclusion The treatment of the blowout fracture of the infraorbital wall and the inner wall of the orbit with the nasal endoscopic navigation via the incision of the lower eyelid margin and is effective. |
