小金胶囊联合达那唑治疗子宫肌瘤的临床研究

目的 探讨小金胶囊联合达那唑胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年5月—2021年11月苏州市中西医结合医院收治的100例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和治疗组，每组各50例。对照组口服达那唑胶囊，2粒/次，2次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服小金胶囊，4粒/次，2次/d。两组在连续治疗6个月。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组患者的病灶体积、子宫体积、主观下腹痛程度和血清血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、糖类抗原125（CA125）、基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）水平。结果 治疗后，治疗组的总有效率为92.00%，对照组的总有效率为76.00%，组间的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组的病灶体积、子宫体积均显著减小（P＜0.05），治疗组病灶体积、子宫体积明显小于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组VAS评分显著降低（P＜0.05），治疗组VAS评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组的血清VEGF、CA125、MMP-9水平均显著降低（P＜0.05），治疗组血清VEGF、CA125、MMP-9水平均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 小金胶囊联合达那唑治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效确切，能促进患者病灶体积缩小，减轻下腹痛程度，降低血清VEGF、CA125、MMP-9水平，且安全性良好。

Clinical study on Xiaojin Capsules combined with danazol in treatment of uterine fibroids

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaojin Capsules combined with Danazol Capsules in treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods Patients (100 cases) with uterine fibroids in Suzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from May 2019 to November 2021 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method,and each group had 50 cases.Patients in the control group were po administered with Danazol Capsules,2 grains/time,twice daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xiaojin Capsules on the basis of the control group,4 grains/time,twice daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 6 months.After treatment,the clinical efficacies were evaluated,and the lesion volume,the uterine volume,the subjective degree of lower abdominal pain,and the serum levels of VEGF,CA125,and MMP-9 in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 92.00% in the treatment group and 76.00% in the control group,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the lesion volume and uterine volume of two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05),and the lesion volume and uterine volume of the treatment group were significantly smaller than those of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05),and the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of VEGF,CA125,and MMP-9 in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05),the serum levels of VEGF,CA125,and MMP-9 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaojin Capsules combined with Danazol Capsules is effective in treatment of uterine fibroids,can promote the reduction of lesion volume,reduce the degree of lower abdominal pain,and reduce the serum levels of VEGF,CA125 and MMP-9,with good safety.
