中国不同经济水平3～12岁儿童血浆维生素A营养状况

目的了解中国不同经济水平3～12岁儿童血浆维生素A(VA)的营养状况。方法从2002年中国居民营养与健康状况调查的6类地区,132个调查点的儿童血样中,每个年龄段随机抽取男女血样各6份,利用高效液相色谱法测定血浆VA含量。结果3～12岁儿童血浆维生素A含量在不同经济水平有明显差异,儿童VA营养状况与家庭经济水平密切相关。结论中国3～12岁儿童的血浆VA水平受到家庭经济水平的影响较大。

Study on vitamin A nutrition status in plasma of different economic level of Chinese 3-12 year-old children

Objective To know the Vitamin A nutrition status of different economic level of Chinese 3-12y children. Methods Blood samples were drown from 132 investigated counties of National Nutrition and Health Survey 2002, while each age group of children 6 blood samples were drown with boys and girls respectively. All blood samples were determined with HPLC. Results The vitamin A level in plasma is different in different economic level, and the vitamin A nutrition status is correlative with the family income. Conclusion The result also indicates that the vitamin A level in plasma of 3-12y children is influent with the family economic level, and the result will provide the data to work out the strategy to improve the vitamin A nutrition status.
