摘 要: | [目的]观察针药复合麻醉对术后肠梗阻(POI)大鼠肠动力的保护作用,并初步探讨其对小肠局部环氧合酶2和胃动素的调控作用。[方法]30只雄性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组(Control组)、单纯全麻组(Model组)、针药复合麻醉组(EA组)。建立POI大鼠模型,术中采用单纯药物麻醉和针药复合麻醉两种麻醉方案,观察各组大鼠造模后3h肠动力变化,并采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测相应时点大鼠小肠环氧合酶2(COX-2)及胃动素表达。[结果]与Control组相比,Model组和EA组大鼠造模后3h肠动力均显著下降(P〈0.01),EA组大鼠造模后3h小肠动力优于Model组(P〈0.01)。造模后3h,Model组和EA组大鼠的COX-2水平较Control组无明显变化(P〉0.05)。Model组胃动素表达明显低于同期Control组和EA组(P〈0.05),EA组胃动素表达较Control组无明显差异(P〉0.05)。[结论]针药复合麻醉可在一定程度上缓解术后肠梗阻产生,这与其调控胃动素分泌水平相关。

Protective Effect of Combined Acupuncture and Medicine Anesthesia on Intestinal Motility and Its Regulation of COX-2 and Motilin in Post-operative Ileus Rats |

Abstract: | [Objective] To observe the protective effect of combined acupuncture and medicine anesthesia on intestinal motility in postoperative ileus(POI) rats, and discuss the possible mechanism preliminarily. [Methods] 30 male rats were randomly divided into sham operation group(Control group), single general anesthesia group(Model group) and combined acupuncture and medicine group(EA group). Then the POI model was built, during which the two types of anesthesia method were used. 3h after POI molding, the changes of intestinal motility were recorded in each group, while the expression of cyclooxygenase 2(COX-2) and motilin were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).[Results] Compared with Control group, the intestinal motility of rats in Model and EA groups decreased extremely at 3h after molding( P〈0.01), with EA group better than that of Model group( P〈0.01). However, at the same time, COX-2 expression in Model and EA groups showed no obvious change compared with that of Control group( P〉0.05), the same was with that in motilin expression between Control and EA groups( P〉0.05), but the motilin expression in Model group was significantly lower at the corresponding time(P〈0.05). [Conclusion] Combined acupuncture and medicine anesthesia can al eviate the occurrng of POI to some extent, probably be linked with its ability of motilin regulation. |
