| 急性左半结肠梗阻结肠病灶Ⅰ期切除吻合的分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨不同原因所致的急性左半结肠梗阻行结肠病灶Ⅰ期切除吻合术的可行性及适应证。方法：2003年—2008年收治的81例急性左半结肠梗阻患者接受了急诊手术,其中良性结肠梗阻18例,结肠癌63例,均采用术中梗阻近端结肠灌洗后Ⅰ期切除吻合术,术后观察疗效及并发症情况。结果：无围手术期死亡。其中良性结肠梗阻组腹腔感染2例,伤口感染6例,结肠癌组早期局部复发5例,吻合口瘘3例,腹腔感染6例,伤口感染23例。结论：急性左半结肠梗阻进行适当的术中处理后,结肠病灶Ⅰ期切除吻合术技术上是安全、可行的。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the feasibility and indications of primary resection and anastomosis on acute left hemi-colon obstructions. Methods:Retrospective analysis were made on 81 patients with acute left hemi-colon obstruction who underwent primary resection and anastomosis from 2003 to 2008. Their perioperative complications and efficacy were evaluated. Results:All the 81 cases underwent primary resection and anastomosis successfully with no perioperative death and 3 anasmotic leakage.
