Miles术腹部和会阴部切口感染原因分析及预防

目的：探讨Miles术腹部、会阴部切口感染的原因及预防对策。方法：对行Miles术切除的距肛缘6cm以下的直肠癌和肛管癌共53例作回顾性分析。结果：腹部切口Ⅰ期缝合感染3例，会阴部切口Ⅰ期缝合感染5例，两切口均感染2例，经换药治疗痊愈。结论：完善的术前准备、规范的手术操作、术后合理的切口保护，可以减少感染的发生率，减轻患者思想上和经济上的负担，缩短住院时间，提高直肠癌术后生活质量。

Analyses on Infective Causes of Abdominal and Perineal Incision of Miles and the Prevention

Objective： To investigate the infective causes of abdominal and perineal incision of Miles and the preventive measures on Miles. Methods： A total of 53 cases of rectal cancer and anal canal cancer, which were under 6 cm near the anal margin excised by Miles, were analyzed retrospectively. Results： There were three cases of abdominal incision infection of primary suture , five cases of perineal incision infection of primary suture and two cases of both incisions infection. All of them were cured by the dressing change treatment of surgery. Conclusion： It can reduce the incidence of infection, lighten the burden of the patients＇ thought and economy, establish self-confidence, shorten the length of stay and improve the quality of life after the rectal cancer operation that improving preoperative preparation, standardizing surgical procedure and reasonable incision protection after operation.
