退行性心脏瓣膜病的临床观察

目的　了解退行性心脏瓣膜病在国人中的患病情况及其临床意义。方法　回顾分析 14 2 5例 50岁以上人群的超声心动图资料。结果　检出退行性心脏瓣膜病 114例 (8.0 % ) ,且随年龄增长而增加 ,主动脉瓣受累率高 (92 .1% ) ,临床中常合并冠心病 (76.0 % )。高脂血症 (3 6% )及高血压病 (2 0 % )。结论　退行性心脏瓣膜病是引起老年心衰和心律失常的重要因素。

Clinical study of degenerative valvular heart disease

Objectives To investigate the incidence of degenerative valvular heart disease and its clinical significance in chinese population.Methods In a retrospective study of 1425 consecutive patients over 50 years of age,degenerative valular heart disease (DVHD) was detected by 2-dimentional echocardiograph in 114 patients.Results The incidence of DVHD is 8% and significantly increase with age.The aortic valve is the most common calcific one.The most often concomitants of DVHD are coronary heart disease and hyperlipemia and hypertension.Conclusions DVHD is also an important factor inducing heart failure and arrhythmia in senile.
