缺氧条件下梭曼中毒大鼠血清和心肌磷脂酶A_2活性的变化

摘    要:
目的 探讨高原缺氧条件下梭曼中毒大鼠磷脂酶A2 (PLA2 )活性变化与心脏损伤的关系。方法 实验大鼠随机分为正常对照组、高原缺氧组、平原中毒组和高原中毒组 ,采用放射免疫法测定模拟高原 40 0 0m缺氧条件下梭曼中毒后大鼠血清和心肌PLA2 活性的变化。结果 缺氧和梭曼中毒单一或复合损伤均可引起PLA2 活性升高。与平原中毒组比较 ,高原中毒组大鼠血清PLA2 活性在各时间点均明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ,心肌PLA2 活性在 12小时和 2 4小时显著增强 (P <0 0 1)。结论 PLA2 活性增强可能是导致高原梭曼中毒心脏功能损伤加重的重要原因之一。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationships between phospholipases A 2 (PLA 2) activity and heart damage in rat soman intoxication at high altitude anoxia.Methods 72 Wistar rats were randomly divided into three study groups:high altitude hypoxia group,plain intoxication group and high altitude intoxication group.PLA 2 activity in serum and myocardium of the study rats were detected by radioimmunoassay after soman intoxication under the three different conditions,simulated high altitude with and without anoxia at 4 000 meter altitude and plain altitude. The parameters were compared among the three groups and with those of the normal controls.Results Damage by only hypoxia or by combined treatment of hypoxia and high altitude both resulted in increase in activity of PLA 2. Compared with that in plain altitude,activity of PLA 2 was remarkably elevated in high altitude hypoxia group at various intervals ( P <0 01). Myocardial PLA 2 activity was greatly increased at the 12th and 24th hour after the intoxication ( P <0 01).Conclusions The increase in the activity of PLA 2 might play an important role in pathogenesis of heart injury induced by soman intoxication at a high altitude.
