摘    要:目的:对应用等速训练方式对患有颅脑损伤的住院治疗患者进行综合康复治疗的临床效果进行研究分析.方法:抽取80例颅脑损伤患者病例,将其分为对照组和观察组,平均每组40例.对照组患者进行常规康复治疗;观察组患者在常规康复治疗基础上进行等速训练.结果:观察组患者生活能力的改善效果明显优于对照组;治疗前后相关评价指标的改善幅度明显大于对照组;治疗期间出现并发症的人数明显少于对照组.结论:应用等速训练方式对患有颅脑损伤的住院治疗患者进行综合康复治疗的临床效果非常明显.

Abstract:Objective:On the application of isokinetic training on suffering from traumatic brain injury in hospitalized patients with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy clinical effect analysis. Methods: A total of 80 cases of traumatic brain injury patients case, will be divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group the average. The patients of control group were regular rehabilitation treatment~ patients in observa- tion group in the regular rehabilitation treatment on the basis of isokinetic training. Result: The patients in the observation group living ability improvement effect is better than the control group; before and after the treatment of relevant evaluation index improved significantly greater than the control group; treatment appears during the number of complications were less than that of the control group. Conelusion: Application of isokinetic training on suffering from traumatic brain injury in hospitalized patients with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy clinical effect is very obvious.
